The breakfast was good. Had Scrambled Eggs, Cheese Omlets , Sausage Patties and Biscuits and Gravey. Also had Cereal, Yogurt and Bagles w/ Juice & Coffee. The lobby was a good size with plenty of seating for breakfast. The room we had was a King room. It was plenty for us. No complaints at all. Our room was cleaned every evening when we returned to our room. New Toilet Paper, Towels, and Rags were restocked in our room everyday. The lady at the desk was very friendly and informative. We didn't use the pool but alot of other people did and seemed to enjoy it. The location was great. Many restaurants are in town. But our absolute favorite restaurant was right next door, Pancho's and Amigo's. The Shell gas station was nice also when we needed a quick snack.

Rhonda was absolutely amazing! Super helpful! We originally booked at a different hotel and it was super sketchy and disgusting. I booked at the mountain inn and suites and when we got there Rhonda took care of us and really helped us out. Signs of relief felt so good at that point seeing now it was almost 930pm and we had driven 15 hours. She even made sure we had a conjoining room so our kids could be right near us. Please make sure to give her recognition. When she wasn't helping us she was very busy doing everything she could to keep the hotel running correctly. She was very sweet and super helpful our entire stay. My entire family is glad we got to meet her, she is a wonderful person:)

The location was perfect. Close to Bristol but great views of the mountains. Right off the highway. Hotel was clean and staff were helpful and friendly. Loved the information binder in our room with great listing of places to visit in terms of hiking, waterfalls etc with great directions.

All the staff was very friendly and smiling. The house keeper was wonderful. She made sure we had everything we needed. She was so great in fact, I left her a very much deserved, generous tip in the room for her when I left.

Waterman

The lady who checked us in was very nice and helpful. Her name was Wanda. I felt safe and secure at the facility and wasn't bothered by any other guests. Would recommend and stay there again if in the area.
